This Project deals with the procedural aspects of the INSPIRE directive, the provisions for sharing, access and use and their implementation by the Member States. The Challenge is to develop of a set of tools to measure impact of implementation and a compound set of indicators for visualization and analytics, supporting decision making at EU Level.
